This book makes a great gift for anyone who wants to learn more about all things Judaism. Lots of great info about history, culture, and customs. Plenty of pictures....

Still, overall, this book is quite comprehensive for my purposes. I tend to ignore the last part of the book because it appears to be more of the controversial theories in medicine (thus the 4-star rating), but for the part specifically dealing with the "diet".
